Hello,
I have a form in Excel that has a drop-down list in cell B15. When the user chooses an item from that list, it then changes the info in cell G15 with the respective ID using an IF statement. I want to take this Excel form and merge this functionality to a Word document. I understand that Word does not offer such complex formulas, but is there a way of linking that portion of the form to Excel in order to be able to choose the client name from a drop-down and then it chooses the respective client ID? I hope so! This would make my life so much easier since I have to add a lot of copy to the Word form and insert various images. That is more practical to do in Word. Please see attached for the Excel form. Your help is greatly appreciated, Karen ![]() |
