This has to do with your printer and printer driver software. Most printers will not print edge-to-edge.

Make sure you have the latest driver software from the manufacturer.
You may have to reformat your calendar to take this into account or change to a printer that can print edge-to-edge (likely more expensive) or have your calenadar printed by a commercial printer.
