I used to have when using track changes, text changes coming up on the right of the page. Now I have that the original text is followed by the changed text inside the file, and though the deleted text is double underlined, i preferred the previous system where the changed word is deleted, and the track change comes up on the right.



See below for an example.

I have tried about everything I think but get nowhere. If anyone can help me?

Tell Word to show changes in balloons. You are viewing them inline.

thanks, but how do I tell it to Word? Haven't got a clue ...
If you give me the steps I should take, would very much appreciate.

when I try to open preferences and balloons, balloons is greyed out ....
