Hello, I have to submit a Word document to another person which will show my TRACKED changes specifically in red and blue---deletions are red/strikethrough, and my additions in blue.
Problem---the document is now edited in red and blue as I would like it to be, but now when I send it, the viewer see all changes in RED. No blue. How frustrating. Why doesn't the tracked document look the same from the receiver's end? ![]() |

hi Jodie
The tracked changes display is dependent on how the person at the receiving end has their system configured for displaying them. If the recipient wants to see the changes the way you say, they have to configure their PC accordingly.

Hi
Just a thought. You could try sending your document as a template. That way (I think) it will display as you intended without the need for the recipient to reconfigure their normal template. Worth a try. Kind regards Tony |
