Hi everybody Thank you for all the words and ideas. I'm not really sure how these things save when they end up where they end up.

I was really just looking for a tool, or way to lessen the amount of clicks I had to make to redact prices and names. What I do is take some documents, piece them together, redact contact info and prices into a word document using "snip." I then upload this document to my companies database, where in the end, it gets printed out, and used in the notes of a vehicle sale.

So really it's not for confidentiality entirely, but more just less clicks. As the end user after my company, is only seeing it on paper. But yes, it could go to court. But the things I'm redacting are not secret if it went to court, it would all be in the very beginning of what I do, and there are no secrets there, it's free and open if it gets to that point.
