Default Open (import) ascii text files

I prefer to first write in an editor that places a CRLF after each line. A new paragraph is indicated with a CRLF pair. World handles these files by including the CRLF in the display.
So I get paragraph symbol after each line rather than a flow of text for that paragraph in the current Word display.

How do I open such file so that Word will place a space for each single CRLF and accept the double CRLF as a new paragraph control?
