Thanks for the ideas folks To the first poster, when I stick white boxes over things snipped and pasted to a word page, then save and upload that image, I don't think anybody will ever be able to know what text was there. I was just looking for ways to do this with less clicks as I am learning new areas of work in my company. Thanks to all for your input
