Default Changing row height and column width is disabled (grayed out) when editing table style

Hello, forums members,

Please I just created a table style, and I edited everything that I want, but when going to edit table properties in order to set the default row height and column width, I faced that row height, column width, and cell size was disabled (grayed out), as shown below, so how to enable it to set the desired values with special thanks
