Email yourself with the photo as an attachedment. Access your email on your computer and 'drag' or 'save' the picture attachment onto your computer desktop.



With the photo now on your computer you can use the 'Go Advanced' option to get access to the paperclip 'Attachments' icon shown on my photo. This will give you the option to browse, find and select your photo for attachment. There is a maximum photo size of 500KB that you can upload for attachment so if your photo is too large then you will need to reduce its digital size. If you don't know how to do that then you need to learn how before you can post it here.

From your description I don't think I will be able to help you fix it but at least you will have done your best to help others help you.
