Ordinarily I would expect that you get what you asked for so if it is sized correctly then it should print correctly... Perhaps your page setup doesn't match the paper you are printing out on and Word is scaling it to fit. Check the Page Setup and ensure that the Paper Size matches the paper the printer is using.
