Hello. I am hoping someone can assist me. I have been using Word 2007 for 10+ years until a few days ago when I switched to Office 365. I have a Word template that is used for my job and I have always been able to copy and paste a webpage into my report without any formatting issues.
Now in 365, it will not paste properly. It basically doesn't fit because all of the data is too large after the paste. I have tried all of the different pasting types (Keep source formatting, Merge formatting, etc.) with no luck. I have attached a sample of the page from Word 2007, and then the current version of the page using Office 365. I have also attached a sample of the webpage that I am trying to copy. As you can see, the data fits perfectly in 2007, but not 365. I have been racking my brain for several days trying to find a solution. Maybe it cannot be done, but I would think something this simple done in a previous version would work in the newer version. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! |
