That was last in Word 2010 and is called the Object Browser.
You can use Ctrl+G to open GoTo and select what it is you want. You can vote in UserVoice to add this back, but do not hold your breath. Microsoft thinks we do fine without it. Also use the feedback mechanism in Word.
