Word prompts me to save my document after exporting it to a PDF

Even though I have not changed the contents of the document since hitting Ctrl+S, after I exported the document to PDF. I am confronted with "Want to save your changes...?"

Earlier it was working fine (it was not asking to save the file again once i save it as PDF), it started 2 days back.Not sure what setting got changed.
Please help?
I don't want to see that save changes pop-up second time.
