I'm editing a document with a hard paragraph after every line so of course when I make a change, it completely messes up the spacing. Is there any explanation for this other than the simplest which is that the writer is hitting the return key at the end of every line?
Thanks so much! |

Either the writer is pressing Enter at the end of each "line," as if Word was a typewriter, or content has been pasted from a source where there are no soft line breaks...
If you want to fix the document, see https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...-pdfs-etc.html.
