You have posted pictures - mages - of a document, not a document. Just as I can't drive a picture of a car, I cannot figure out the structure of a document from a picture. There are often different ways to get something in a document to look a particular way; the document contains information on what is happening that does not show up in a picture of the document.

Anytime you try to edit a document converted from another format you will have headaches. Conversions do not make for perfect fits.
