The very first post. I explained that this was converted from a pdf. The header and footers may have switch themselves around deleting about 600 other pages. I just want what happened between page 17 and 18. A BLANK PAGE NO PAGE NUMBER AND NOT FORCING CONTENT DOWN IN PAGE NUMBERS. I'm Not sure if my English is coming through clearly. What I thought would be a fix by typing the footnotes for that particular page is not. I just want to insert a Blank page not effected by Header and Footer.

Yes, and Charles informed you shortly thereafter that conversions from PDFs are fraught with problems. page numbers, headings and footers are particularly problematic because as far as the PDF is concerned, they are not repeated objects.

You might consider making a copy of the PDF and editing those things out, then attempt a new conversion. That may give you a cleaner conversion to work with.
