Hi,
Word 2010 images on internet are also appearing as the .webp type as well as jpg and png, I can right click copy a jpg and paste into word, it appears, but do that for a .webp and nothing appears. As it is I have to install a plugin for photoshop to view and save .webp, so what do I need to get MS word 2010 to show them ? I also see that windows explorer wont show the image either, I have now installed the WebpCodec for windows and explorer shows the images for webp but alas pasting from internet into Msoft word still shows a blank area. I have googled paste show webp images into word and there is absolutely nothing on this except how to convert word to webp, which is not what I am trying to do, I simply want to view webp in a word document in the time honored copy paste from webpage to word workflow. I can never remember a tutorial page on this or that, and dont have a second monitor to view the tutorial on whilst training to it, so copy text and images into word to refer to. highlight a page and copy paste it to word and got it, or copy text then image then text etc and resize image so as to fit A4, then print it off without all the other stuff that uses up expensive ink.
