In the dialog box, first click in the "Find what" box and then click the Format button and choose Language. You usually have to click more than once to see a check mark next to "Do not check spelling or grammar." Similarly, with the insertion point in the "Replace with" box, click to deselect "Do not check spelling or grammar." As Charles pointed out, after you have confirmed the settings with OK, click Replace All.
