The macro worked fine. Your page numbering is continuous. It does not add page numbers where they are not, though.

Go to any page without a page number and double-click where you want the page number to be.

Option 1:
Press Alt+Shift+P

Option 2:
Type the following:
Page
Select that word and press Ctrl+F9 and then F9.

Option 3:
Use the Page number button to insert a page number at the current location.
