I have a book that I am writing in Word. It has illustrations, many links to illustrations, more than a hundred reference footnotes and large numbers of early english spellings saved as ignore on the spell checker. Every time I move about in the document it flickers and I am nervous that Word will collapse and lose the book. Any ideas what might be causing the flickering?
