Thanks for that, but I'm not seeing how that helps me to generate the information I need.

It's not a chapter-based ToC I'm after.

The main ToC works perfectly and exactly suits the intended purpose, but for this particular audience I also want to create another whole-of-document ToC that takes account of the DAY the course is conducted and shows the start date and time as well as the course name and page number. Note that the course name is a separate paragraph and the Day, start date and time are in ANOTHER paragraph
