How to add different text to accompany page number in different sections

The page number itself is inserted using a { PAGE } field. The text is just text.
Insert the page field in each section with the accompanying text that you require for that section and make sure that each subsequent section is unlinked from its predecessor.

That works perfectly. I went on to hide the curly brackets by highlighting each bracket, right clicking, selecting font, and choosing hidden.
