  1. I sent you links because I think you need what is in the link, not to show off my ability to copy and paste.
  2. You apply Normal or Body Text styles the same way you do any other style. You told me how you applied "Header 2." Normal should be right there as well. Read the links on styles. Do it now. It gives you the help you are asking for.
  3. You are trying to save time. You will save time, I promise, by reading the pages that I linked.Word is a tool of your trade. If you are working with Word that much, you need what is in those pages, now!
  4. This is a user-to-user support forum. Others are welcome to chime in. My attitude is that you can lead a horse to water...
