Insufficient Memory or Disk Space Error Message...

Hello:



I have tried everything to resolve this issue. I have replaced Normal.do, done a disk cleanup, rebooted my system, cleared out my browser, and searched for crap on my computer and I still get the message Insufficient Memory or Disk Space. Close programs down...There are not programs open other than my MS Office page. Why am I getting this message if I have done everything including shutting down all other programs? I am creating page requiring a small graphic. What's the big deal?

Please help me! How do I get rid of that silly error message?
