Default Line in the middle, and at 1/3 and 2/3 of the paper

Hi all,

I’m using Word 2016, in Windows 10.
I wanna create a faded horizontal line in the middle of the paper, just to show where the middle is, according to what I right so that I know how it will look when I fold it after printing it out. This line should of course not move when I insert rows etc, and it should not be printed out, just be seen on the screen/in Word.
Is this possible?

If so, I also want to create 2 of the same lines, to show 1/3 and 2/3 of the paper …

Kind regards
lassebasse
