I'm trying to level up my skills by trying to solve some of the questions on this forum. My solution was to place a horizontal line shape in the header, 6.5" wide, and then align it to the middle of the page. For the 1/3 and 2/3, I gave the lines an absolute position 3" and 6" below the margin.

Would that have been a viable solution?
