Thank you so much for the video and explanation. I think the trick might be, you have to set the page setup first and then add pages. I had existing document and it did not work when I tried.

I create a test document comprising of 2 A4, pages, using book fold it converted into 5 pages. When I printed it (all), it got printed on 4 pages, with of the page empty. I will experiment with this once again. It shouldn't be that complicated though in my humble opinion, as they have made it complicated.
