I did but I am a little confused in that. I want to print a demo version of the book which will be A5 size. I have already formatted it in A5 paper.

When I select "book fold", it shrinks my page even further which makes me think I should format pages accoring to A4 size. But then problem is my book should be formatted per A5 size.

Also book fold works for any number of pages? How does the printing actually work?
