Default Best way to organize lots of Quick Parts?

I have a template that I'm starting to add QPs to. It's a template for writing reports for work, and I'd like to have an easy-to-navigate library of report parts on hand.

I see that you can categorize the QPs with custom categories. I'm surprised that there isn't a way to collapse the categories... Or maybe have them appear as fly-out sub-menus.

It appears that the categorization merely sorts them. Is there some other way to access them? Scrolling up and down one big list does not seem efficient. I know that you get a prompt like "Quick part title of content... [Press Enter to insert]" but that's not the most efficient system either.

Thoughts?
