What are these symbols in my Word document?
What are these symbols in my Word document? I don't know what they are, I don't know where they came from, I don't know how they are called and I don't know how to get rid of them.
Can anyone help me?

Those are the non-printing indications of bookmarks. You can turn viewing of them on and off under options. I prefer to know where they are so I do not accidentally delete them.
