I just tried it-- the structure I need to show you was itself destroyed in the process. I was going to give you pages 70-71. When I deleted pages 1-69, pages 70-71 became pages 1-2; even then, the "1" was at 1.9 cm and the "2" was at 1.5 cm height from the bottom of the page. If that had remained it would have been sufficient. But when I deleted from 72 to the end, then the page numbers 1 and 2 also disappeared. And when I inserted new page numbers there, they were both at the 1.9 cm height-- i.e. both the same height. The height differential is what I want to show you.
