I am setting up some standard letters for work an Im trying to get word to prompt field filling in like in the image below?


I imagine it will be a content control but I haunt figured it our yet.

That could be an Ask or a Fill-In field.

However, those are very old technology. I find them annoying. There are more methods of putting things into a document such as:

• Word Content Controls
• Create a Form Using Word Content Controls
• Create a Simple Userform
• Repeating Data Using Document Properties Content Controls and Other Mapped Content Controls

your right, its a fill in field. Thank you for your help and that list of tutorials will hopefully mean I will ask less questions in the future.
