The autocomplete function is not going to be controllable and in any case is the least clever way of getting your font applied to text.
Better ways might be: Create styles and apply those instead Choose a Document Theme which lists Calibri for headings and body text Do a Ctrl-A and apply the font once instead of lots of times Run a macro to update the font properties of all styles
