Dear forum members.



I have a question. I would like to make a document like the attachted example.
I am very lazy

I wish to fill out the text in the color bars once and then that i automatically will fill out the rest in the document. So i can not make a mistake by copying all the diffent text in the right places.

Then my work can be done faster and there will not be a mistake with officieel numbers.

Who can help me or even give a hint where to start.

If this is for the purpose of mass-producing letters with the same basic content, you should consider using a mailmerge. See:
