Hi All
I wonder if there is any way to influence the order styles are listed in in the Styles pane - and specifically to make them strictly alphabetical. Right now it's pretty haphazard, with the result that when I create a custom style I often have to spend a couple of minutes scanning up and down the list to see where it ended up. The attached photo shows what it's like just showing Recommended styles. Once I go to All styles it's even worse. |

In the Windows version this is straightforward.

Thanks. Sadly that option doesn't seem to be in the Mac version, unless it's hidden in the dropdown menus.

It may be available in Word 2016 for the Mac but I would not count on it.
