Hi,
I am trying to save a pdf in a different format and get the following window. Do anyone know how I can fix this? I am using Word on my Mac Thanks! |

There is nothing broken. The dialog box is merely stating that the conversion can't be done on your mac and that the file needs to be uploaded to a Microsoft server for conversion and then the converted document downloaded back to your mac.
If you click allow the file will be uploaded, converted, and downloaded back to your mac. If you click don't allow then no conversion will take place. |

Yes, I have tried it and it saves as a PDF. The thing I want to do is to print out a copy of my documents and by clicking on Allow it saves it as A4, which is strange.

Excuse me whilst I roll about on the floor laughing. Exactly where in your original post do you give any hint that you are trying to print a document?
