Default MSWord forms for tri-fold or bi-fold

I have tried to find church bulletin forms on MSWord new MS Office templates.com and there seems to be none. I need both bi-fold and tri-fold forms in landscape page layout.
I have tried using MSWord, page layout, margins, mirrored but I can't get it to do columns on the second page. Do any of you know how to make that form work or know of a way to lay out a bi-fold and/or a tri-fold bulletin?

Depending on what you're trying to achieve, that's simply a matter of using a landscape layout with either:
• a 3-column table if the columns are to be independent; or
• a 3-column page layout if the text is to flow from one column to the next.

This is probably better done in the Publisher program if you have that available.

In either Word or Publisher, search under File > New for templates for brochure or church.
The screenshots below show results in Word 2013.
