Uploading screenshots isn't particularly helpful, which is why Stefan referred to "an attachment in Word format". Regardless, what you're referring to is an automatic page break, which you can only delete by reformatting/editing the content so it requires fewer pages. For example, your screenshot evidences the random presence of empty paragraphs. Deleting those throughout the document will likely reduce the page count.
