xref to heading 5.1 stubbornly displays 0 as heading number
Like it says on the tin :-} I'm adding domain-specific answers to a questionnaire provided by a third party, and I want to include a cross-ref to one of their headings. The cross-ref dialogue box correctly recognizes that there's a heading 5.1 in the document, but all I see in the text is 0 Any ideas?
