I may be asking too much from Word here, but...
I want to create a document template that will always be at least 3 pages long. The first page will be a front sheet with a table to fill in information such as Title:, Name:, Date: etc. The last page will be another table for a check list of actions to fill in. In between the first and last page will be a blank page with a header. If there is just one blank page, there also needs to be a table in the footer for signatures. If there is more than one blank page, only the last blank page needs a footer for signatures. I hope this makes sense... So far we have a template set up but if too many rows are deleted then a blank page is lost and the table in the footer moves and other formatting errors occur. Is there a more user friendly way of creating what I have described above? So that the first and last pages can't be deleted and when working through the blank pages the table in the footer moves to the next page on overspill. Thanks in advance! |

Yes, it is possible. It is not simple.
The first and last pages can be handled using editing restriction. The signature table in the footer would be handled using an IF Field. { IF {PAGE} = {NUMPAGES} - 1 "your signature table here" } |

Here is such a template. It does rely on the ToDo list being only one page.
