Default

Click in a Heading 1 paragraph and press Ctrl+Shift+S to display the Apply Styles pane. Verify that you see the correct style name, and click the Modify button. In the Modify Style dialog box, change "Style for following paragraph" to "Body Text."

Note that the "Style for following paragraph" applies when you press Enter at the end of a Heading 1 paragraph. It doesn't apply if you press Enter in the middle of a Heading 1 paragraph to split it.
