Normal, Body Text or Body Text Indent?

Hello:

Strangely enough, I have written an entire novel and discovered that my style sheet has reverted to Body Text Indent. It looks all right when I'm looking at it in Word 2000, but how will this look in print or to a publisher online? I haven't even tried. Looking on online, I gather that Body Text is good, but what about Body Text Indent?
