Also, of course, make sure your color options are set to "By Author". (Since your colors are red and blue, and these are the first colors that Word chooses "by author", I would bet your settings are already correct though.)

I would post it, but it's a confidential agreement so I can't post it. A co-worker opened the document, made changes, and it STILL saved it as all the same color. So I'm thinking whoever started this document really messed up the settings because when I just start a new word document and make edits with track changes and then save it the colors DO NOT change. So I know it's not my settings.
