In the meantime, look at the IF Field which is one way of having Word display something based on something else. It may be necessary to save the things you want displayed as AutoText so they do not exceed limits of the IF field. Automated Boilerplate Using Microsoft Word (AutoText, AutoCorrect, Building Blocks, and more) Another option would be, instead, using a UserForm. Create a Simple Userform |
