I have a document that needs to house information for multiple companies. However when i send it to each company individually I need to be able to hide all informatin that does not apply to that particular company. I have attached a smaller version of the document that i would like to do this with. It contains comments about how I want to hide/display each section of the document based on what is selected in the drop down at the top of the document for Company.

Basic reality is that hidden or not, if it is in the document, it can be viewed by the recipient. You will not have control over that.
Consider using a template with AutoText parts that are inserted in your document based on choices made in a UserForm. Create a Simple Userform Create & Employ a Userform Automated Boilerplate Using Microsoft Word |

Your best approach would be to update the document, then save & send it as a PDF. That way, there'll be no hidden content to worry about.
