Default Show/ hide three sections of a cover page based on the option selected in the drop down list

I know nothing about programming and I am struggling to be able to show/ hide three sections in my cover page depending upon the choice made in the drop down menu.

The document is a cover page with a dropdown list of 4 choices that describe the type of document. I want the entire sections 6,7 & 10 to populate only if "Process" is selected from the dropdown list.

I have attached the picture for your reference. Please guide me step by step.

Thanks a ton!
