A year ago I purchased a new MacBook Pro Silver with the Sierra OS, and at the same time purchased the latest Microsoft Office. I recently "upgraded" the Sierra to 10.13.4, downloading it from the Apple WebSite. I downloaded the "upgrade" Microsoft Word 16.11.1 from the Microsoft WebSite.

It's really frustrating! For several years I have been working with Microsoft Word, setting up a positioning system that was solid and reliable. When I opened a document, it would go where I had set it up to be, and, in the format that I had set it up to be.

Since I can't position and format the documents now to stay that way, I have found that the "upgrade" turned out to be a "downgrade" instead, for me anyway.
