I purchased Office 2016 a couple of days ago from "The Key Factory" and received a key. However I didn't get a link to download the actual software. I've tried to contact them several time but no one has got back to me. Are they legitimate ?
Or, perhaps they think I should know where to get the software. I actually don't have a clue. Normally when you purchase software you expect to get the whole package. Can anyone help.
