I bought a three use license for Office 2010. I used one for my desktop and one for my laptop. Then I had to rebuild my laptop a few weeks ago and used what I am guessing the third license on the new rebuild.
I could never get my Outlook to work correctly, got all kinds of wacky alerts, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall Office from scratch in order to get Outlook to work correctly. So after the uninstall, I put the Office disk in the drive, and it does not spin. No icon shows up. So, what is my next step? Did I actually use up all my licenses even though it is on the same machine? Daniel |
