Thanks Charles, these tricks work flawlessly.
There's one more trick, however, that I'm not sure how to accomplish. I need to have the page number in the footer as well as the chapter title. When I add the page number, however, it replaces the styleref. I'm using this guide here: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...5-8ffed9573132 I need the footer to look just like in the PDF I linked to in my first post: ![]() How can I add the chapter titles AND the page numbers in the footer? Note that the page numbers require the following: * They need to start on a specific page other than the first page. * They need to be placed underneath the chapter titles in the footer. If I can figure this out, I'll have everything I need, and you will have saved me months, maybe even years, of work. |
